The Role of a Manager

This course is at intermediate level and is suitable for new managers, or those that have been in the role for a while and are now facing new challenges or changes that require a strong management led approach.

After the course the manager will be able to identify the role of a manager and the styles and approaches that work in a variety of situations. The business needs of a manager are expanded, together with a range of different skills.
