Bad communication, or miscommunication, is at the heart of most industrial disputes. It can also be a fundamental in not achieving that sale that you thought was in the bag. The course describes all elements of communication from the obvious, verbal, to the often overlooked communication of the body, or body language. It teaches the art of listening, and more importantly listening effectively.
