This course is an in depth module for the manager and anyone who has staff to manage. It enables the manager to get the best out of individuals whilst at the same time giving the individual the feeling of achievement.

Coaching is all about enhancing the performance and learning ability of others. Effective work-based coaching is brought about by sympathetic and efficient mentoring and motivation in the work environment. The coach uses his ability and experience to give the coachee constructive feedback on his/her ability in carrying out their assigned tasks. It is based on the principle of helping the coachee to help him/herself.
